How to choose the right Maths tutor?
We match students with the most appropriate tutor from our tutor pool based on their grade level, learning needs, personality traits, and learning style. You can also check tutor profiles and evaluations, or schedule a trial lesson to determine suitability.
How long is each lesson?
The standard lesson time is 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted according to the age and attention span of the students. For P1-3 students, 60 minutes is usually recommended, while P4-6 students can choose 60-90 minutes.
How are trial sessions organised?
You can book a trial class through our website or contact our customer service team. The trial fee is 50% for a normal class. If you decide to continue with the course, the trial fee will be included in the course fee.
Can I cancel or change my class at any time?
Yes, you may cancel or change your class schedule up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class without incurring any fees. If cancellation is made within 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged as compensation.
How can tutors help improve test scores?
Our tutors will conduct targeted teaching and practice according to the school's teaching progress and examination requirements. Before the examination, we will arrange special examination revision and mock tests to help students familiarise themselves with the examination format and improve their test-taking ability.
