Hello I am Esther. With a strong background in child care and a deep passion for working with children. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a One-year In-service Diploma in Special Child Care Work. In my previous roles, I have had the opportunity to work closely with children with various special needs. I have 5 years teaching experience in a special needs centre, nursery and kindergarten, where I gained valuable insights into creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for children with diverse needs. Additionally, I have provided one-on-one training and support for children with autism and developmental delays, helping them develop essential skills and reach their full potential.
