My name is Winnie Ho and I was born and raised in Hong Kong. After I finished secondary school in Hong Kong, I went to Los Angeles for college. I received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social work. In addition, I got a MA TESOL (Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) degree in 2009. I have lived in California, USA for more than 33 years.
Teaching younger kids and adults in both Hong Kong and California have been my passion for more than ten years.
The adults, parents, and students that I have come across with have enjoyed and appreciated my creative and interactive teaching approach and they have found my friendly and personable style beneficial to their learning.
I consider myself as a responsible, conscientious, punctual, and caring teacher and I take my teaching jobs seriously.
