I am Alisha 19 years old currently studying in HKMU I am an independent and hardworking individual. My strongest employability skills would be being hard working and not giving up easily as well as working in a challenging environment. I have the ability to work under pressure as I try to avoid disturbance and remain focused. Being organised is key to me as I like to plan and keep ahead of things. I tend to look for ways to improve myself and help me develop as an adult. I also believe that it is important to have a positive attitude as it creates a pleasant working atmosphere. I strongly believe that your attitude has an effect on people working around you and the environment therefore I consider it important that you are motivated and have a positive mindset when working.
