我最近的英語測試成績 (2021年 11月): LanguageCert enPro English Test : C2 (CEFR) [ 等同于 雅思 Band 8.5-9.0, 托福 115 ]

留學加拿大 9年，在多倫多大學 (U. of Toronto) 獲得 MBA 工商管理碩士学位，滑鐵盧大學 (U. of Waterloo) 獲得 B. Maths 數學學士學位。我教過聖保羅 (St. Paul) 和蘇浙小學 (Kiangsu & Chekiang) 的小学生，新加坡國際學校和聖士提反書院的中學生。爲了讓學生的英語學習方式更接近美國加拿大英国，我會参考和使用美国和英国中小學的英语课教材，作爲輔助教材。

我有幾位學生是來自北京/天津 (一周 3 到 6 課), 能以流利普通話輔助授課 (請要求補習中介安排三方會議對話來確認我的普通話口語能力)。除了提供中小學學生數學英語等科目的補習, 我也輔導成年人英語口語, 商業文檔寫作輔導或審閱, 商業計畫書, 和一些大學商業/IT 相關科目的功課和文章寫作輔導。
準備雅思和託福的學生，很多都是因為單詞量低或沒有明白單詞的正確使用方法，導致他們在英語 “閱讀” 和 “寫作” 方面，難以明白問題，難以使用恰當的單詞和語句來書寫心裡想寫的。輔導的方法的第一步自然是要按有限的時間規劃學習方向。

我有多年教導患有注意缺陷與多動障礙 (ADHD) 學生的經驗。亦有不斷進修 Dyslexia (誦讀困難)等的教育課程 (比如: Dyslexia and Foreign Language Teaching (Lancaster University)。憑着觀察學生的上課情況和與家長的溝通，積累了一些經驗知道他們爲什麼不投入上課，不回話，發呆，不開心，發脾氣，激動的模仿他人的說話等等的原因。也學會了有耐心的去引導和安撫不安不樂的心情，嘗試着一不同的方式讓他們的注意力回到課堂上，完成每天的功課和溫習。至於被醫生認爲患有自閉症 (Autism) 的學生，我的經驗是有些學生倒是挺愛說話，只要話題是他們喜歡的。

我爲我正在輔導 GMAT 數學和凯洛格香港科技大學 EMBA 入學申请文章的學生 (他擁有美國南加州大學工商管理學士 BBA学位)，嘗試在我沒有先學習牛津大學和麻省理工的兩個熱門新科目課程（金融科技 Fintech 和人工智能 AI）的情况下，輔導他每周完成大概 6到10题 3,000 字（大概 5-8頁）的功課。每周上課時我邊學習新教材，邊輔導學生完成功課是一個很讓我振奮的經驗。

I am an English, mathematics, and university business course tutor with experience assisting local and Mandarinspeaking students in their essay homework for English, science, and humanities studies courses.
