School-wide language policy: Improve students’ biliteracy and trilingual skills through activities inside and outside the school. Junior high school comprehensive science, comprehensive humanities, mathematics, comprehensive business and other subjects are taught in Chinese or English according to levels and classes. Integrated Science and Integrated Humanities have extended English teaching activities in junior high schools to increase students in the non-English learning group's understanding of English vocabulary related to the subject. There are also interdisciplinary activities in the same area of study. In addition to providing support for English-based subjects, the English Department also organizes drama performances, writing and speaking training, and online reading programs in schools to improve students' English proficiency. There are various bridging courses at Form 3 to help students adapt to the subjects taught in English in the New Senior High School. In response to students’ Putonghua proficiency, some classes in Secondary 1 and 2 are arranged to teach Chinese in Putonghua, and hold activities such as Chinese Week, online reading, Putonghua competitions, etc., to train students to take the National Language Commission Level 3 and Level 6 Putonghua Oral Examination and improve their skills.
