School-wide language policy: The school uses English as the main teaching language and focuses on developing students’ biliteracy and trilingual abilities. In order to help Secondary One students adapt to learning in English as quickly as possible, the school has specially set up a school-based "Interdisciplinary English Course"; Secondary One and Secondary Two have English tutoring classes, and Secondary One to Secondary Three all have top-notch English courses. We also employ a foreign English teacher to enhance students’ English listening and speaking skills and experience life in the English-speaking world through extracurricular activities and summer English study tours. In addition, the school will gradually improve students' Putonghua proficiency through Putonghua classes and extracurricular activities. Junior high schools have school-based cross-curricular reading classes and Chinese and English reading classes to enhance students’ reading abilities and interests.
