你好，本人現職國際學校ABA行為治療老師，全職從事特殊教育行業4年以上，專門針對自閉症，ADHD，廣泛性發展遲緩等不同SEN學生，提供一對一訓練及校內支援。
不同於一般教學方法，透過運用ABA教學法，能聚焦處理學生的學習態度與行為問題，培養正向學習動機。本人亦善於將複雜的概念透過淺白的語言及例子簡化，幫助學生容易理解明白，同時增加學習興趣及動機，肯做肯學。除功課以外，本人亦歡迎家長分享學生在日常生活遇到的難題，提供建議及協助。

Hi, I am currently working as an ABA teacher in an international school, focusing on shadowing SEN students with ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, etc. I provide one on one service and aim at supporting them to integrate to school setting, both academically and behaviorally.
With ABA approach, I focus on dealing with different challenging behavior regarding learning. Through breaking down complex task with further explanations with examples, students could understand the concept easier, thus building their confidence on learning. I am also welcomed to provide support and suggestions to any behavioral issues student encounters in daily life.
