成人普通話補習邊到搵？點解學咗三年都仲係「港式普通話」？

講真，喺香港搵成人普通話導師，唔係搵唔到，而係搵到一個識教、又識得因應你工作需要度身訂造課程嘅導師，先係真正難題。好多人一諗起普通話就覺得「識聽就得啦」，直到某一日要返大陸見客、要考 PSC（普通話水平測試）升職、或者要幫小朋友補普通話先發現自己連四聲都分唔清楚。

根據 GETUTOR 後台 2024-2026 年全港成人語言類配對紀錄，樣本約 520 宗，當中 43% 查詢係由在職人士發出，主要目的分三類：工作溝通（52%）、PSC 考試（23%）、自我增值同移居準備（25%）。呢啲唔係小朋友學興趣班，而係實實在在嘅職場需要，所以補習嘅 approach 同細路完全唔同。

Miss L 解釋，PSC 考試分四個部分：讀單音節字詞、讀多音節詞語、朗讀短文、命題說話。最多人甩轆嘅係第四部分「命題說話」——要連續講 3 分鐘，冇稿、冇準備時間（只有 3 分鐘構思），仲要避免方言詞、避免港式用語。你平時講「搭 lift」、「等陣食飯」呢啲，一出口就即刻扣分。

而職場普通話又係另一回事。你返大陸開會、同客戶飲酒、打電話跟進項目——呢啲根本唔考四聲標準度，而係考你用詞係咪 native、反應夠唔夠快、識唔識得睇場面用唔同語氣。例如「呢個 project」你講「這個項目」OK，但如果講「這個案子」就會令對方覺得你地道啲。呢啲嘢係 PSC 教材完全唔會教嘅。

1. 港式普通話嘅「隱形地雷詞」

你以為你講緊普通話，其實係講緊「用普通話讀出嚟嘅廣東話」。例如：

• 「我搭地鐵」→ 正確係「坐地鐵」或「乘地鐵」
• 「你得唔得閒？」→ 正確係「你有空嗎？」
• 「幫襯」→ 呢個詞根本冇普通話對應，要用「光顧」
• 「落車」→ 應該係「下車」

PSC 第四部分命題說話入面，出現一個方言詞扣 0.5 分，出現兩個扣 1 分。你想像下連續講 3 分鐘，你識唔識完全唔用呢啲詞？好多人都唔知自己講緊方言詞，直到聽返自己錄音先發現。

2. 二聲三聲分唔清（港人最大死症）

「你好」嘅「你」係三聲（214 調值），但好多香港人讀成二聲（35 調值），變咗「泥好」。呢個錯誤發音已經固化咗幾十年，單純上堂講解冇用，一定要配合視覺化聲調圖 + 手勢訓練先扭得返。

3. PSC 命題說話唔係即興發揮

考試有 30 個指定題目，考試前會公佈晒。好多人以為考試當日靠即興，結果講到一半卡殼、重複、甚至講唔夠 3 分鐘（唔夠 3 分鐘直接扣 8 分起跳）。正確做法係預先 prepare 30 篇稿、錄音練到滾瓜爛熟，再由導師逐篇修辭、改方言詞、調整語速。

進步時間線：成人普通話學習

個案分享（已匿名處理）

一位喺中環做私人銀行嘅 VP，因為公司要佢接手大陸客戶組，但佢講普通話一講就畀客戶笑。配對前自評普通話水平約 PSC 三級乙等（即係「能勉強溝通」）。經過 18 堂私補（每週一堂，約 4.5 個月），DSE 呢 啲佢早就過晒，佢最終報考 PSC，攞到二級甲等（即係「能流暢交流，偶有方言影響」），已經足夠應付客戶會議。
