81% 繼續率喺全港算中上游，但比起九龍城（85%）同中西區（84%）仲有段距離。點解？Mr. L 直言：「荃灣區部分家長試堂嗰陣會同時試 2-3 個導師先揀，呢個習慣令到繼續率數字冇咁高，但其實揀到啱嘅之後，長期跟到 DSE 嘅比率反而好高。」
防伏位 1：Paper 1 步驟分千祈唔好放棄。好多荃灣區學生見到長題目唔識做就跳過，其實只要你寫到「Let x be…」加一兩步變數設定，已經可以攞 1-2 分。根據荃灣區導師整理嘅 Mock Paper 回收紀錄，放棄寫步驟嘅學生平均每份 Paper 1 會蝕 8-11 分，直接影響成個 grade。
防伏位 2：計數機 Pol/Rec 功能要識。呢個係 Coordinate Geometry 同 3D Trig 嘅「救命鍵」，但 90% 學生根本唔知計數機有呢個 function。你喺大班補習社幾乎冇機會學，因為阿 Sir 要趕教書冇時間逐個教計數機。
防伏位 3：M1 vs M2 唔好亂揀。荃灣區唔少家長見「個個都讀 M2 就跟住讀」，但其實如果學生將來想讀商科、經濟、Quant Finance，讀 M1（統計學）反而更有用。GETUTOR 導師建議：揀之前諗清楚大學想讀咩 programme 先決定。
