香港 IT / Coding 補習：點解小朋友由 Scratch 跳去 Python 總係卡住？
Section 1：Hook — 全港 IT 補習需求正在爆炸
講真，過去兩年 GETUTOR 後台收到最多嘅一類新需求，就係 IT / Coding / Programming 私補。以前做開補習嘅都知，家長主要問數學、英文、中文三大主科，但而家情況好唔同。根據 GETUTOR 2024-2026 全港配對紀錄，樣本約 8,127 宗配對*1，當中涉及 Coding、Python、Scratch、AI/ML 嘅個案，兩年間增加咗大約 217%。
點解會咁？一方面係學校課程開始加 STEM 元素，由小三已經要學 Scratch；另一方面係 DSE 資訊及通訊科技（ICT）由 2024 年改制後，Paper 2 選修卷越嚟越多學生揀 Programming（Python / C）。仲有越嚟越多國際學校家長想小朋友拎 IGCSE Computer Science 或者 A-Level CS。
但問題嚟喇：全港識得教 Coding 嘅導師數量，遠遠追唔上需求。我哋平台上有超過 12,483 位認證導師*2，其中 STEM / IT 類別約佔 9%，即係得千幾位。更麻煩嘅係，識 Scratch 未必識 Python，識 Python 未必識 OOP，識 OOP 未必識教 DSE ICT Paper 2。呢個就係點解全港 IT 補習嘅平均配對時間去到 5.6 小時（比數學嘅 4.2 小時長成 33%），而家長成日問一句：「點解搵個識教 Coding 嘅老師咁難？」
Section 2：導師 Quote + 編程項目式學習分階段教學法
專補全港國際學校同 DSE ICT 學生、擁有 6 年私補經驗嘅星級導師 Mr. L（按導師私隱要求使用化名，導師資歷已獲 GETUTOR 平台認證）指出：
「好多家長一嚟就話『我個仔學咗兩年 Scratch，想直接跳去 Python』，我一定叫佢哋停一停。因為 Scratch 係 block-based，Python 係 text-based，中間有個斷層，叫做 syntax shock。你唔處理呢個斷層，個小朋友學兩堂 Python 已經會話唔學。我教嘅方法係『項目式學習』（Project-based Learning），唔係齋教語法。第一階段用 Scratch 做完一個小遊戲，第二階段用 Python turtle 重做同一個遊戲，等佢睇到『原來 block 同文字係做緊同一樣嘢』，咁佢先會肯繼續學落去。」
Mr. L 嘅教學法分 4 個階段，按年齡同能力去配：
- 階段 1（P3-P5 / 初學者）：Scratch + 邏輯思維。重點唔係學語法，係學 sequence、loop、condition 三個核心概念。用 Scratch 砌小遊戲（例如貓捉老鼠、接蘋果）。
- 階段 2（P6-F2 / 過渡期）：Python turtle + micro:bit。用 turtle 畫圖，感受「寫一行字、電腦就會做一樣嘢」嘅感覺。micro:bit 接硬件玩 LED、按鈕，增加興趣。
- 階段 3（F2-F4 / 進階）：Python 核心 + OOP。function、list、dictionary、class、object 呢啲概念要打穩，為 DSE ICT 或者 IGCSE CS 做準備。
- 階段 4（F4-F6 / 考試導向）：Project + Past Paper。DSE ICT Paper 2B 或者 IGCSE CS 0478 嘅 pre-release material，全部要靠做 project 先熟手。

Section 5：GETUTOR 導師防伏貼士
伏位 1：盲目追潮流學 AI / ChatGPT Prompt Engineering
過去一年我哋收到大量家長查詢「想個仔學 AI」。但如果小朋友連基本 Python 都未識，跳去學 AI 只會係表面功夫。正路係：Python 基礎 → NumPy / Pandas → 再入 Machine Learning。冇呢個順序，學完只係識用 library，唔識原理。
伏位 2：以為識 Scratch 就等於識 Coding
Scratch 係好工具，但佢係「視覺化編程」，唔係「編程」本身。根據 GETUTOR 內部統計約 312 宗 Scratch → Python 過渡個案，當中有 43% 學生喺過渡期會想放棄。原因係家長無預期到有斷層，以為「Scratch 學得好就自然識 Python」，結果小朋友一見到打字寫 code 就怕。
伏位 3：揀啱導師但揀錯模式
IT 補習同其他科最大分別：佢好講實戰。如果導師淨係 send PDF notes、講理論，唔 demo、唔一齊寫 code，學生好難學得到。一定要揀會 share screen、會留 coding 功課、會批改 code 嘅導師。
伏位 4：DSE ICT 學生誤以為唔使操 Past Paper
DSE ICT Paper 2B（Programming）嘅出題模式其實有規律，operator 優先次序、loop trace、debug 題年年都有。但因為呢科考嘅人少，大班操練少，好多學生唔識應付，結果明明識寫 code，但考試攞唔到分。
