香港 IT / Coding 補習:點解小朋友由 Scratch 跳去 Python 總係卡住?

Section 1:Hook — 全港 IT 補習需求正在爆炸

講真,過去兩年 GETUTOR 後台收到最多嘅一類新需求,就係 IT / Coding / Programming 私補。以前做開補習嘅都知,家長主要問數學、英文、中文三大主科,但而家情況好唔同。根據 GETUTOR 2024-2026 全港配對紀錄,樣本約 8,127 宗配對*1,當中涉及 Coding、Python、Scratch、AI/ML 嘅個案,兩年間增加咗大約 217%。

點解會咁?一方面係學校課程開始加 STEM 元素,由小三已經要學 Scratch;另一方面係 DSE 資訊及通訊科技(ICT)由 2024 年改制後,Paper 2 選修卷越嚟越多學生揀 Programming(Python / C)。仲有越嚟越多國際學校家長想小朋友拎 IGCSE Computer Science 或者 A-Level CS。

但問題嚟喇:全港識得教 Coding 嘅導師數量,遠遠追唔上需求。我哋平台上有超過 12,483 位認證導師*2,其中 STEM / IT 類別約佔 9%,即係得千幾位。更麻煩嘅係,識 Scratch 未必識 Python,識 Python 未必識 OOP,識 OOP 未必識教 DSE ICT Paper 2。呢個就係點解全港 IT 補習嘅平均配對時間去到 5.6 小時(比數學嘅 4.2 小時長成 33%),而家長成日問一句:「點解搵個識教 Coding 嘅老師咁難?」

  • 階段 2(P6-F2 / 過渡期):Python turtle + micro:bit。用 turtle 畫圖,感受「寫一行字、電腦就會做一樣嘢」嘅感覺。micro:bit 接硬件玩 LED、按鈕,增加興趣。
  • 階段 3(F2-F4 / 進階):Python 核心 + OOP。function、list、dictionary、class、object 呢啲概念要打穩,為 DSE ICT 或者 IGCSE CS 做準備。
  • 階段 4(F4-F6 / 考試導向):Project + Past Paper。DSE ICT Paper 2B 或者 IGCSE CS 0478 嘅 pre-release material,全部要靠做 project 先熟手。

過去一年我哋收到大量家長查詢「想個仔學 AI」。但如果小朋友連基本 Python 都未識,跳去學 AI 只會係表面功夫。正路係:Python 基礎 → NumPy / Pandas → 再入 Machine Learning。冇呢個順序,學完只係識用 library,唔識原理。
