新蒲崗 DSE 化學補習：Mole 計到頭爆，點解成績都唔郁？
新蒲崗呢一帶嘅中四至中六學生，補化學最經常卡喺同一個位 — Mole Calculation。根據 GETUTOR 2024-2026 年黃大仙區（包括新蒲崗、鑽石山、彩虹）嘅化學配對紀錄，樣本約 280 宗，當中約 32% 配對要求指明要補 Mole，另外 26% 要求補有機化學。*呢兩個 topic 加埋，已經食咗成個化學補習需求嘅六成。
新蒲崗周邊有唔少英中同傳統名校，中四開始 Chemistry 已經大跳級 — 由初中只係認識「酸鹼」，一入 DSE 就要背 Periodic Table、計 stoichiometry、仲要識睇 Redox。好多學生反映，學校進度快到連 tutorial 都無時間問，一甩就甩到中六。

Miss L（按導師私隱要求使用化名，導師資歷已獲 GETUTOR 平台認證）— 香港理工大學應用化學理學士畢業，DSE 化學 5*。畢業後喺一間IB Private Tutoring社做兼職導師兩年，之後轉做全職私補，主力補黃大仙區同觀塘區嘅英中學生。教學年資 4 年，累計教過超過 28 個 DSE 化學學生，當中 8 個由 Level 3 升到 Level 5 或以上。教學風格係「用日常生活嘢記化學式」，學生反應記得快、又唔易忘。
Miss L 指出：「咁所以呢，學生最大問題唔係計唔到 mole，係唔知幾時應該用 mole。好多人一睇到題目有數字就死命代入公式，但其實考評局成日會設計啲 trap — 例如畀一個體積 + 一個 molar mass，明明係 liquid，都要你兜個圈先計到。」
佢教 Mole 嘅方法好實用，叫做「超市貨架記憶法」：益力多 = Lactic acid、白醋 = Ethanoic acid、哥士的（俗稱哥士的嘅）= NaOH。將每個化學品同生活物件連埋一齊記，考試時候腦入面即刻跳個畫面出嚟，唔使齋背化學式。佢仲會同學生講，Ammonia 溶水都係 alkaline 個喎 — 呢個位好多學生以為氨一定係氣體，一出題就中伏。

GETUTOR 導師防伏貼士：出面好多補習社教化學淨係叫學生死記公式，但唔講清楚考評局近年喺 Paper 1B 實驗題會專登放幾個睇落「合理」嘅答案做 distractor。實驗題 Paper 1B 平均失分率接近 42%，唔少學生明明識個 concept 都照樣揀錯。
最經典嘅 trap 係畀你一個 procedure，叫你揀「邊一步會導致誤差」。好多學生會揀最明顯嗰個，但其實真正出事嗰步係之前嗰個睇落無嘢嘅 transfer 動作。呢類題目要靠操 past paper 先搵到感覺，齋睇 notes 係學唔到嘅。
另外，有機化學部分都有個大伏位 — 學生成日以為 IUPAC naming 識條公式就得，但其實 examiner 最鍾意考 branched chain 嘅命名次序。一個 comma、一個 hyphen 打錯都會扣分。唔係大班可以一個一個改到嘅，呢啲位一定要靠私補逐條題逐條題 check。

趕得切，但要揀個識幫你拆 Mole 嘅導師。中五一整年如果每星期一堂 1.5 小時，基本上可以由 Level 3 追到 Level 4-5。唔建議中五下學期先先至開始。

根據配對紀錄，Mole Calculation 同有機化學係兩大痛點。Mole 難在於學生分唔清 concentration、mass、volume 之間嘅轉換；有機化學難在於記唔晒 reaction scheme。
