伏位一：唔好淨係睇學歷。好多家長以為港大中大畢業就一定教得好 P3，但其實小學階段最緊要係「識湊細路」。我哋見過唔少 5** DSE 狀元，去到教 P3 反而唔知點落手，因為差距太大。建議揀有「教過小學生」經驗嘅導師，而唔係淨睇 paper qualification。
伏位二：小心「包功課幫手」嘅導師。有啲導師為咗快啲完成一堂，會直接幫細路做功課、抄答案。細路短期內功課分數靚咗，但係長遠完全冇進步，去到測驗就原形畢露。好嘅私補導師會要求小朋友自己諗，佢只做引導。
伏位三：唔好一開波就補 3 科。P3 細路一星期已經有好多功課同測驗，再補 3 科會過度疲勞，反而效果差。我哋建議先揀最弱嗰科集中處理，見效之後先加科目。
伏位四：男女導師其實有分別。根據 GETUTOR 後台數據，P3 女仔學生配女導師嘅家長滿意度（88%）比配男導師（79%）高少少，反之亦然。唔係話男女導師一定邊個好，但係性別配對喺小學階段確實有影響，配對時可以考慮。
