免費試堂主要觀察 4 件事:第一,diagnostic 能力(30 分鐘內能否識別 student 弱項);第二,溝通同 patience(student 問同一條題目第二次,導師反應);第三,progress plan 清晰度(試堂結束時導師能唔能交出一份 12 週分章 plan);第四,家長 reporting 承諾(會唔會用 GETUTOR portal、會唔會喺 24 小時內 upload progress note)。如果 4 樣都過關,可以 commit 首期 4-6 堂。如果只有 2-3 樣達標,可以再試另一位再對比。GETUTOR 後台統計,做齊呢 4 項評估嘅家長,續堂率比 random commit 高 52%。
