陷阱一：Uncertainty 寫錯 significant figures。好多學生計出 value 係 2.34 ± 0.05678，以為寫得越精準越好。錯，IB marker 會扣分。Uncertainty 永遠只保留 1 個 sig fig，個 value 要 match uncertainty 嘅 decimal place。呢個係 Paper 3 同 IA 必考嘅「隱藏扣分位」。
陷阱二：IA 揀 topic 太大。最多學生想做「Investigating factors affecting pendulum period」— 太 classic，marker 睇到悶。Mr. L 嘅 feedback：「我通常會建議學生揀一個 daily life 觀察到嘅現象，例如滴水聲頻率同水深關係，呢啲 marker 先會畀 personal engagement 高分。」
陷阱三：Command terms 唔識分。「State」、「Describe」、「Explain」、「Outline」、「Discuss」— 每個 command term 對應唔同答題深度同分數。用錯就算 content 啱都會失分。IB 官方有公開 command term 定義，但好多學生根本冇睇過。
陷阱四：以為 HL 12 題（Further Topics）唔重要。Paper 1 同 Paper 2 都會考 HL only content，佔 HL 學生總分約 25%。Quantum Physics、Nuclear Physics 呢啲 topic 偏偏最遲教，學校趕唔切教深入。呢度就係 1 對 1 私補最有價值嘅位。
