GETUTOR 升學研究組會喺收表單之後做一次免費嘅 30 分鐘 needs analysis。我哋會問你個小朋友以下 3 樣:(1)最近一次校內試卷邊條題目最 confident,(2)邊條題目最 stuck,(3)佢平日喺屋企做功課時嘅 emotional state。呢三個 dimension 一齊睇,可以推斷出 concept-heavy / drill-heavy / mentor-heavy 邊種教學風格最 match,再 filter 對應導師。整個 needs analysis 唔收費。
GETUTOR 升學研究組建議家長 trial lesson 之後問三條問題:(1)「你估我個小朋友嘅核心 weakness 喺邊」 — 睇導師有冇真正觀察到,定係齋講 generic feedback;(2)「未來 8 週你打算 prioritize 邊個 chapter」 — 睇導師有冇 long-term plan;(3)「你過去 3 個月帶過幾多個類似 background 嘅學生」 — 睇真實 case load。呢三個問題 cover 觀察力、規劃力、實戰經驗,後台 conversion 高嘅導師通常答得 specific 又 confident。83.6% 嘅試堂繼續率背後就係呢套 due diligence framework。
