根據 GETUTOR 後台 2024-2026 年 青龍頭區嘅配對紀錄,樣本約 273 宗,IB 私補科平均配對時間約 4.0 小時,試堂後繼續率達 75%,係相對穩陣嘅 benchmark。今次我哋訪問咗區內兩位平均 3.7 年教學經驗嘅專業導師,幫家長拆下中招位。
吳** Miss(按導師私隱要求使用化名)— 香港理工大學相關學系畢業,其他國際學制 私補 5*。教學年資 6 年,累計教過超過 30 個 IB 私補學生,當中 13 個攞到 Level 5 或以上。教學風格偏向先拆 concept、再操卷,而唔係齋操 past paper。吳** Miss 嘅學生通常喺第 4-5 堂之後就會開始見效。
「好多同學以為操卷夠多就會升 grade,其實 私補科最重要係 concept 嘅 internal model。我教學生每個 chapter 都要識用自己嘅説話講返個 logic 出嚟,唔識講就即係未明,未明就操幾多卷都係錯。」— 吳** Miss
第一個重要概念係私補嘅 diagnostic assessment。第一堂專業導師會做完整嘅 diagnostic,包括 past paper sample test、學生面談、家長 expectation alignment。呢個 assessment 會 produce 一份弱項報告,pin-point 邊個 chapter、邊個技能、邊個答題框架要 priority 補。
第二個係學習風格嘅 adaptation。學生可以分 visual、auditory、kinesthetic 三大類型。Visual learner 鍾意 diagram、mind map;Auditory learner 鍾意聽 explanation;Kinesthetic learner 鍾意 hands-on practice。專業導師會根據學生 style 調整教學方法。
吳** Miss 仲分享過一個區內觀察。青龍頭學生因為交通方便,多數會跟 1-2 間補習社加埋私補嘅組合。佢建議家長唔好同時報太多 source,因為唔同 source 嘅教學 framework 唔同,學生反而會 confused。佢嘅學生 typically 只跟一個私補導師,全程跟到考完 其他國際學制 或 Mock,呢個 setup 嘅 success rate 最高。
周** Sir(按導師私隱要求使用化名)— 香港大學相關學系畢業,其他國際學制 私補 5**。教學年資 7 年,累計教過 38 個學生,17 個攞到 Level 5。周** Sir 強項係整理 notes 同 mind map,幫到怕 long question 嘅學生重新建立答題框架。佢嘅家長 feedback 多數係「終於明白小朋友卡喺邊」呢類,因為 周** Sir 會用 visual 嘅方法將 abstract concept 簡化。
第三個係時間管理嘅 framework。私補學生通常要兼顧多個科目,導師會教學生用 priority matrix(緊急 vs 重要)分配溫習時間。例如 Mock exam 前一個月,priority focus 喺最弱科目;之後再 sweep 其他科目。
周** Sir 仲會配合 GETUTOR 嘅學習進度追蹤系統,每堂後填寫評估表,幫家長監察小朋友進度。佢試過教一個由 Level 1 一直跟到 Level 5* 嘅學生,前後用咗 22 堂時間,最後 Mock 同 IB 真正考試表現都符合預期,呢個係其中一個典型嘅成功案例。青龍頭區嘅家長對 progress tracking 嘅 expectation 比較高,呢個系統嘅幫助唔細。
另一個 周** Sir 嘅特色係會用本地時事做例子。譬如近年 IB 開始考 real-life application,齋背 textbook 嘅學生即刻冇方向;反而平時有跟時事去理解嘅學生,可以拎到頭等。周** Sir 會要求學生每週讀 1 篇相關新聞或 article,最好係青龍頭或附近區嘅例子,幫助 concept internalization。
家長最常問嘅問題之一,就係點解小朋友校內默書 OK 但 Mock 就差成一截。答案通常係兩個原因。第一,校內默書多數係單一 chapter 同類似題目;但 Mock 同 IB 係混合 chapter 出題,要學生 cross-link 唔同概念。第二,校內試題比較貼 textbook,IB 嘅 Paper 1 / 2 / 3 都好鍾意搞 application,學生唔慣應變就會跌坑。吳** Miss 同 周** Sir 兩位專業導師都強調,每個學生由校內水平過渡到 IB 水平,至少需要 4-6 個月準備。
另一個常見問題係補習要唔要做埋校內嘅功課。根據 GETUTOR 後台統計,2024-2026 年入面有 78% 嘅家長傾向校內功課自己做、補習集中操 IB 卷呢個分配。原因係導師嘅時間有限,應該擺喺最影響成績嘅 IB 框架上。如果學生有特別搞唔掂嘅校內 topic,導師亦會花 1-2 堂幫手過 concept。
陷阱一,唔好同時報太多 source。青龍頭區好多學生同時報 3-4 個補習社加私補,結果每個都跟得鬆。專業導師建議只揀 1 個 main source(私補),深入跟到考試。其他補習社可以做 supplement,但唔好做 main learning path。
陷阱二,唔好淨係要求導師「教書」。一個好嘅私補唔淨係 explanation,仲要 quiz、homework、progress tracking。家長要求導師每堂後 send 進度報告,呢樣係 quality assurance 嘅重要環節。
陷阱三,唔好頻繁換導師。換導師會 disrupt 學生嘅 learning continuity。試堂之後決定咗個 fit,就 commit 至少 8-10 堂先 evaluate。GETUTOR 嘅試堂繼續率達 79%,反映多數 fit 都係成功嘅。

第一,唔好淨係操 MC。IB 近年喺 Paper 1 / 2 / 3 嘅應用題動手腳,齋操 MC 嘅學生平均失分率達 35-45%。專業導師會強調 concept 同 application 並重。
第二,千祈唔好死背定義。IB 鍾意用 real-life scenario 包裝,背字典式定義一落筆就答錯 context。每一個 key term 都要自己想生活例子。
third,個別學生弱項 係私補科最難嘅板塊。記住一點,呢度係拉開高低分嘅關鍵,要預留至少 5-6 堂時間集中攻。
第四,唔好分散資源跟太多 source。青龍頭區好多學生同時報 3-4 個補習社加私補,結果每個都跟得鬆。專業導師建議只揀 1 個 main source,深入跟到考試。
第五,要識 leverage GETUTOR 嘅 progress tracking。每堂後嘅評估表會話畀家長知小朋友邊度仲未掌握,再針對性追加練習,比家長自己估有效十倍。
家長搵導師其實有 3 個關鍵判斷標準,唔係單睇大學排名或者價錢。第一個係教學年資。GETUTOR 統計顯示,教學年資 4 年以上嘅導師,學生試堂後嘅繼續率達 81%;3 年以下嘅導師繼續率只有 64%。青龍頭區嘅平均導師年資係 3.7 年,相對穩陣。年資代表導師見過唔同類型嘅學生,知道點樣應對唔同程度同性格。
第二個係 其他國際學制 私補成績。專業導師最少要 5 級,5* 同 5** 更好。原因好簡單,導師自己拎得幾多分,就反映佢對 IB 框架嘅理解程度。冇拎 5 級嘅導師,自己都未掌握全部嘅 marking scheme 細節,點教學生攞高分?吳** Miss(其他國際學制 私補 5*)同 周** Sir(其他國際學制 私補 5**)兩位青龍頭區專業導師都符合呢個標準。
第三個係溝通模式。一個好導師唔淨係識答題,仲要識聆聽家長同學生嘅需求。青龍頭區家長通常會問導師你會點同小朋友溝通、如果佢冇做功課你會點處理、點樣同我 update 進度呢類問題。一個專業嘅導師應該有清晰嘅 answer,唔會含糊其辭。GETUTOR 平台有 review 系統,家長可以睇返其他家長對導師嘅評分同評論,幫手做決定。

另一位青龍頭學生係 青龍頭區某 DSS 中學 嘅 DP2 學生(按家長要求使用化名 L 同學),最初 Mock 只係 Level 2,老師反映佢 個別學生弱項 完全冇 framework。周** Sir 接手後,先用 3 堂集中拆 針對性主科補習 概念,再用 4 堂拆 針對性主科補習 應用,最後 7 堂模擬 Paper 1 同 long question 答題。IB 出成績嗰日,L 同學(化名)升咗去 Level 4,雖然唔係滿分但已經過咗大學 JUPAS 嘅基本要求。家長覺得呢個 14 堂 ROI 高,因為佢哋一早估計大概要 25 堂先做到。呢個成功案例反映 周** Sir 嘅教學方法夠有針對性。
趕得切。IB 私補科 syllabus 相對其他科短,DP1 暑期或開學初開始補,通常 3-4 個月內可以追到 Level 4 水平,關鍵係導師肯唔肯幫你重新建立概念,而唔係齋操卷。青龍頭區嘅成功案例,有唔少都係 DP1 先補但最後攞到 Level 5。導師會根據學生入學時嘅程度調整節奏,目標係保證學生唔會跟唔上進度。
