中環係A-Level（IAL/CIE/Edexcel）學生集中嘅補習熱門區，呢區唔少Year 12 至 Year 13學生都試過M1/M2 calculus 概念明明識，但長題目就無從入手。根據 GETUTOR 後台2024-2026 GETUTOR 配對紀錄，樣本約 517 宗，我哋發現A-Level（IAL/CIE/Edexcel）學生查詢入面，有約 51% 指明要補Calculus 同 Probability 應用題相關 chapter，數字明顯比其他章節高出超過一倍。
另一樣家長平時冇為意嘅數據：中環一帶嘅學生，平均 3.2 小時就可以配到數學科導師（統計自 GETUTOR 2024-2026 GETUTOR 配對紀錄），係全部A-Level（IAL/CIE/Edexcel）學科入面配對速度最快嘅頭三位。配得快唔等於配得啱，所以今次我哋請咗區內一位4.8 年經驗嘅專業導師，幫家長拆下中招位同避坑攻略。

李** Miss 仲教咗一招拆題三步曲，呢招唔係齋背公式，而係逐步諗。第一步，睇清楚題目要求嘅係 concept 解釋定 application；第二步，標出 key terms 同數據關鍵字；第三步，先至用文字組織答案。呢個次序好重要，因為好多同學一落筆就寫文字，結果答非所問，白白失分。佢嘅學生通常喺第 4 堂之後就可以獨立完成同類題目，比起齋背步驟嘅同學進步快好多。
李** Miss 仲分享過一個觀察：考評局近年特別鍾意考 Real-life application。譬如近幾年數學科出現咗唔少結合本地或全球議題嘅長題目，好多齋背 textbook 嘅學生即刻冇方向；反而平時有跟生活時事去理解嘅學生，反而可以拎到頭等。所以李** Miss 會要求學生每週至少讀 1 篇相關新聞或論述文章，最好係中環或附近區嘅相關 case，去訓練「應用思維」。

陳** Sir（按導師私隱要求使用化名）— 香港大學計量金融及精算學畢業，其他國際學制 數學 5。教學年資 7 年，累計教過 42 個A-Level（IAL/CIE/Edexcel）數學科學生，8 個攞到 Level 5。陳** Sir 風格偏向幫學生整理筆記，特別擅長將難 chapter 拆成 mind map 教法，幫到一啲怕長題目嘅學生重新建立答題框架。佢嘅學生家長 feedback 通常都係「終於明白小朋友卡喺邊」呢類，因為陳** Sir 會用 visual 嘅方法將 abstract concept 簡化。
陳** Sir 嘅另一個強項係幫學生寫長題目嘅 essay structure，包括 introduction、body、conclusion 嘅黃金比例。佢觀察到好多中環學生 essay 攞唔到分嘅原因，係 body 寫得太散，冇用足夠嘅 diagram 同 Mathematics terminology 去 support argument。佢嘅 framework 簡單講就係「concept → example → application → conclusion」，每段都跟呢個結構，閱卷員會即時 follow 到你嘅思路。

第一，唔好淨係操 MC。A-Level（IAL/CIE/Edexcel） 近幾年特登喺長題目同 diagram / case study 動手腳，中環學生 mock 樣本嘅平均失分率去到 35%（基於 GETUTOR 學生 mock 測驗 sample）。好多同學 MC 有 80% 正確率，但成張卷得 Level 3，原因就係長題目拎唔到分。
