建議 24-48 小時內決定。試堂後一個鐘內嘅感覺多數帶情緒，過咗一晚之後諗番會清醒啲。我哋鼓勵家長同學生分開傾，學生講教學節奏夾唔夾、家長講溝通態度好唔好。如果 48 小時都未答到自己「下一堂想唔想再上」呢個問題，多數係配對唔夠啱，建議直接 reach out 我哋換人，唔好勉強。
問題 4：如果上咗 4-6 堂發覺唔啱，可以換導師嗎？
絕對可以。GETUTOR 嘅政策係「成交之後家長有任何 feedback 都歡迎反映」。我哋會評估係 chemistry 問題定教學風格問題，再決定係咪換人。換人嘅成本由 GETUTOR 承擔，家長唔需要再付一次配對費。我哋覺得家長嘅滿意度係長線關係嘅基礎，短線收一次配對費換來個唔開心嘅家長，得不償失。
問題 5：IB 物理課程嘅 12 堂安排夠唔夠？
視乎學生嘅入門程度。如果學生本身已經有基本功，12 堂可以涵蓋大部分核心題型。如果係由零開始，可能需要 18-24 堂先打得穩。我哋會喺第一堂之後做一份 baseline 報告，明確講出「以你細路嘅起點，需要幾多堂先有意義嘅進步」。家長唔使擔心被中介逼買長期 package，所有續堂都係按月決定。
問題 6：除咗物理，可唔可以同一位導師教其他科？
有部分導師係「多科 cross」型，例如教物理嘅同時可以兼教另外 1-2 個 related subject。但我哋一般唔建議同一位導師接超過 2 科。原因係每科嘅 syllabus、past paper、考試節奏都好唔同，導師心力分散就會教得唔深入。如果學生需要 3 科以上，我哋會推薦組隊配對，由 2-3 位導師輪流上堂。
問題 7：點先確保導師係真人，唔係 dummy account？
每位 GETUTOR 導師都經過 4 重驗證：身份證、學歷證明、面試錄影、試堂錄影。我哋有專責 staff 喺 onboarding 階段做完整 KYC，唔似某啲平台靠導師自己 upload 文件就上線。家長收到導師 profile 之後，可以隨時 reach out 我哋要求視像確認，呢個係 GETUTOR 一直有提供嘅 free service。
