* As a serving teacher in Tsuen Wan District Schools, I understand the learning pace and challenges of students in the district, and I am able to accurately grasp the requirements of the local curriculum and common difficulties.
* :: With a lot of patience and a high sense of responsibility, I have focused on re-framing mathematical knowledge for students from DBS, St Paul's, Bishop's, Marymount, International School and Shatin Government Schools in Tsuen Wan and throughout Hong Kong.
* I am good at breaking down each maths topic and systematically teaching different variations of questions and core problem solving skills, especially for public exams, I have developed a unique method of cracking various MC questions, which is not rote memorisation.
* For example, a Secondary 4 student in Tsuen Wan, who was weak in understanding functions and graphs, was able to increase his score in the internal test by more than 20 points in two months after I reorganised the concepts and taught him the skills of graphical transformation.
* Another example is a group of tutorial students from Sacred Heart and Minsheng on Hong Kong Island, who generally failed to score well on probability MC questions. Through intensive training in my original "Contextual Classification Method" and elimination skills, the group's average correct rate on MC questions was raised from about 65% to more than 85% within six weeks.
* To date, we have helped more than 15 students in Tsuen Wan and other areas to make significant progress in a relatively short period of time. The key is to thoroughly diagnose their weaknesses, design targeted exercises and teach them effective test-taking strategies.
* I firmly believe that through clear understanding, practical skills and continuous encouragement, we can help students overcome their fears and build up their confidence to excel in Mathematics.
