陳** Sir（按導師私隱要求使用化名）— 香港教育大學教育學畢業，其他學制 Chinese 5。教學年資 5 年，累計教過 30 個 其他學制 中文學生，14 個攞到 Grade A。陳** Sir 風格偏向幫學生整理筆記，特別擅長將複雜 topic 拆成 mind map 教法，幫到一啲怕 essay 嘅學生重新建立答題框架。佢嘅學生家長 feedback 通常都係「終於明白小朋友卡喺邊」呢類，因為陳** Sir 會用 visual 嘅方法將 abstract concept 簡化。佢仲特別鍾意配合學生本身嘅 interest，例如鍾意 sport 嘅學生會用體育例子，鍾意 gaming 嘅學生會用遊戲 mechanic 去類比，咁樣學生記得實。

第一，文言文必背指定 12 篇。每篇都要識翻譯、識主旨、識點題。考評局好鍾意出 cross-text 比較，例如《廉頗藺相如列傳》同《岳陽樓記》嘅家國情懷比較。
第二，議論文一定要有 3 點論點 + 例子。每個論點配 1 個論據（古今例子皆可），最後總結。冇 example 嘅議論文最高只可以攞 Level 4。
第三，閱讀理解唔好亂估。每個答案都要喺 passage 入面搵 evidence，唔好淨係寫自己嘅 opinion，呢樣係跌坑大戶。
第四，綜合能力嘅 transformation skill 要練熟。由口語化「轉化」成書面語，唔係齋抄聽稿，要 paraphrase。
第五，說話能力小組討論一定要 listen + respond。淨係自己講而唔回應其他人，分數一定低。
家長搵導師其實有 3 個關鍵判斷標準，唔係單睇大學排名或者價錢。第一個係教學年資。GETUTOR 統計顯示，教學年資 4 年以上嘅導師，學生試堂後嘅繼續率達 81%；3 年以下嘅導師繼續率只有 64%。金鐘區嘅平均導師年資係 4.5 年，相對穩陣。年資代表導師見過唔同類型嘅學生，知道點樣應對唔同程度同性格。如果係新手導師，亦可以幫襯但建議先試一堂評估。

一位喺金鐘 英皇書院 讀Year 12嘅學生（已匿名處理），配對前嘅 Mock Chinese 得 Grade C，最大問題係文言文翻譯永遠亂咁估。經過約 11 堂私補，其他學制 最終攞到 Grade A。個重點唔係佢操咗幾多卷，而係 吳** Miss 幫佢由零開始重建 中文科嘅 mental model；之後佢自己識答變形題，遇到陌生情景都唔再亂咁估。家長最後 feedback 話，呢個係佢哋第三次搵補習，前兩位導師都係齋操卷無拆 concept，搞到小朋友愈讀愈灰。吳** Miss 嘅方法就係先 diagnostic，再 customized plan，最後 timed practice，全程都有 weekly review。家長見到 progress chart 由 Grade C 一格一格升上 Grade A，自己都覺得安心好多。
另一位金鐘學生係保良局董玉娣中學嘅Year 13學生（已匿名處理），最初 Mock 只係Grade D，老師反映佢議論文冇結構，論點散。陳** Sir 接手後，先用 3 堂集中拆基本 concept，再用 4 堂拆 application 題目，最後 9 堂模擬 Paper 1 + Paper 2 答題。其他學制 出成績嗰日，學生升咗去 Grade B，雖然唔係滿分，但已經過咗 university admission 嘅基本要求。家長覺得呢個 16 堂 ROI 高，因為佢哋一早估計大概要 25 堂先做到。呢個成功案例反映 陳** Sir 嘅教學方法夠有針對性。家長亦特別提到 陳** Sir 嘅 attention to detail，每堂都會錄製 summary note send 俾家長，等家長都 track 到進度同 weak topic，呢個 transparency 比好多其他補習更可靠。

大班講速度，私補講 feedback。如果你係 Grade C-Grade A 想升 Grade A+，私補導師可以即時睇你份答卷，逐題指出邊度唔 match marking scheme，大班導師根本做唔到呢啲。金鐘區嘅試堂繼續率達 81%，反映多數家長試完之後都覺得私補有效。另一個分別：私補可以彈性 reschedule，大班錯過就錯過。
視乎導師背景同學生年級。其他學制 一般 HKD 300-400 一堂（1.5 小時），高分衝刺班約 HKD 400-550。金鐘屬非核心商業區，平均比中環、銅鑼灣低 10-15%。記住唔好淨係比較價錢，要睇導師有冇針對 其他學制 Chinese 嘅實戰經驗。一個 HKD 280 但教法死板嘅導師，可能比一個 HKD 400 嘅針對性導師 ROI 低好多。
