Case 1：英華書院 F.5 DSE 數學必修 + M2（化名 Tristan） — Tristan 係深水埗英華書院嘅 F.5 學生，校內數學成績屬中上游，2024 年 9 月校內 mock 必修攞 Level 4、M2 攞 Level 3，目標係必修 Level 5* + M2 Level 5 入港大 Engineering。家長搵 GETUTOR 之前已經 6 個月內換過 3 個老師（HK$200 / HK$220 / HK$280），每個老師頭兩堂都覺得 OK，但跟住覺得 pace 唔啱就轉。我哋升學研究組第一件事係同家長對齊 expectation：英華嘅 internal exam 比 DSE 難度高，校內 Level 3 喺 DSE 通常已經係 Level 4-5。GETUTOR 配對咗姚** Sir（化名，主修 Mechanical Engineering，DSE 必修 Level 5** + M2 Level 5*，教學經驗 5 年），HK$340 / 小時。家長同意畀 6 週時間先判斷。第一個月專注 calculus rebuild + vector foundation，第二個月攻 trigonometry + complex number，第三個月做 past paper marathon。3 週 milestone：Tristan calculus 基本題達 78%；6 週 milestone：vector full section 由 35% 升到 75%；12 週 milestone：full paper 必修 82%、M2 76%。最終 DSE 必修 Level 5*、M2 Level 5，順利入港大 Engineering。家長後來再委託我哋處理細仔嘅 F.4 數學。
Case 2：聖公會聖安德烈中學 F.4 DSE 必修數學（化名 Christy） — Christy 係深水埗聖公會聖安德烈中學嘅 F.4 學生，數學成績一直屬中下游，2025 年 1 月校內 term test 攞 42 分（pass mark 50），家長極度焦慮，搵 GETUTOR 升學研究組嗰陣已經試過 2 個老師都冇起色。Diagnostic 發現 Christy 嘅問題唔係內容唔識，而係考試焦慮 + 計算粗心，每次 test 後對答案佢都識做，但場入面冇時間做完。我哋配對咗范** Miss（化名，主修 Statistics、DSE 必修 Level 5*，教學經驗 4 年），HK$320 / 小時。范 Miss 第一個月唔教新內容，專注「考試 routine」訓練：5 分鐘 mental warm-up、計時做題、錯題即時批改。第二個月先開始補 algebra 同 trigonometry foundation，第三個月做 past paper marathon。3 週 milestone：Christy term test 由 42 分升到 58 分；6 週 milestone：term test 升到 71 分；12 週 milestone：full paper 平均 76%。最終 F.4 升 F.5 校內排名由 班尾 1/3 跳到 班頭 1/3。Christy 媽咪 feedback 話「范 Miss 唔淨係識教書，仲識教 Christy 點樣面對考試焦慮，呢個技能 Christy 將來考 DSE 都用得著」。
GETUTOR 升學研究組根據 8,890 宗深水埗真實配對紀錄統計，市場 sweet spot 係 HK$280-360 / 小時，視乎學生年級同科目深度。小學 P.4-P.6 大約 HK$220-280；初中 F.1-F.3 大約 HK$260-320；DSE 高中段必修數學大約 HK$300-360；DSE M1 / M2 高難度大約 HK$340-400。我哋唔做最低價配對，因為 HK$180-200 嘅老師多數係大學生兼職，自身 DSE 成績未必夠 Level 5*，教唔到目標 Level 5+ 嘅學生。慳錢嘅方式應該係揀視像補習（cost 慳 15-20%），唔係降低老師質素。
GETUTOR 升學研究組後台數據非常清楚：深水埗區 6 週內就轉老師嘅家長，學生 12 週後平均提升 0.5 個 grade；畀第一個老師 6 週以上嘅家長，提升 1.7 個 grade。原因係每次轉老師，新老師需要 4-5 堂重新 diagnostic、建立 trust、了解學生 learning style，呢段過渡期等同浪費。如果頭兩堂老師有明顯問題（遲到、講解錯、唔批改功課），可以即刻反映，GETUTOR 會免費換。但如果只係「感覺唔啱」，建議畀夠 6 週先判斷。轉得太頻繁係深水埗家長最常見嘅自殘行為。

呢個係深水埗好常見嘅 case。短答案：可以，但要揀對人。英華嘅 internal exam 比 DSE 難度高 1-1.5 個 grade，寶覺屬中游 Band 1B / Band 2，pace 比英華慢但更需要 foundation building。GETUTOR 升學研究組會優先推薦同時有「名校教學經驗 + Band 1B 教學經驗」嘅老師，呢類老師我哋深水埗區現役大約 22 位。如果家姐妹妹差 4 年級或以上，我哋會建議分開兩個老師，因為 prep work 量太大，一個老師難以兼顧。
GETUTOR 升學研究組嘅標準建議係 3 堂試堂期。第 1 堂：摸底 + diagnostic，主要睇老師有冇 framework、會唔會主動問學校 syllabus；第 2 堂：第一個 topic 開始，留意老師講解 clarity 同學生反應；第 3 堂：第一個 mini quiz 結果出嚟，呢個係最客觀嘅指標。如果 3 堂後學生對科目態度有正面變化（主動問題、做功課時間縮短），就係配對成功。如果到第 4 堂學生仲係抗拒，GETUTOR 免費換老師。但 6 週前唔好輕易判斷「老師唔啱」，呢個係深水埗家長最易犯嘅錯。
