「好多同學成日搞錯 Vector decomposition，呢個位根據我哋內部嘅學生 feedback 大約 21% 嘅新學生第一堂都會答錯。由 free body diagram 同 unit analysis 入手，幫學生建立 systematic 嘅解題框架，先至帶佢入正題。考評局特別鍾意喺 MC 用呢個做 distractor，一撞就中招。」— 楊** Sir
楊** Sir 仲分享過一個觀察：考評局（無論係 A-Level 邊個 board）近年都特別鍾意考 application 題。譬如有條題目會比真實 case study，要學生拎 textbook concept 去 analyse；好多齋背 textbook 嘅學生即刻冇方向。所以楊** Sir 會要求學生每週至少做一條 application 練習，由淺到深，幫助學生重新建立答題框架，唔好齋背 model answer。
楊** Sir 嘅教學節奏會根據學生程度調整。對於基礎較弱嘅學生（例如 mock 攞 Level 3 嘅同學），佢會用前 3 堂專門打概念基礎；對於程度中上嘅學生，佢會直接由 past paper 入手，邊操邊填漏洞。呢種 differentiated approach 係佢嘅教學特色之一。家長亦可以隨時透過 GETUTOR 平台睇學生嘅進度報告同 feedback。

許** Miss（按導師私隱要求使用化名）— 香港大學工程學院（土木）畢業，A-Level 物理 拎到 A。教學年資 7 年，累計教過 47 位 A-Level 學生，當中 14 位攞到目標分數。許** Miss 風格偏向幫學生整理筆記，特別擅長將複雜 chapter 拆成 mind map 教法，幫到一啲怕長題目嘅學生重新建立答題框架。佢嘅學生家長 feedback 通常都係「終於明白小朋友卡喺邊」呢類，因為 許** Miss 會用 visual 嘅方法將 abstract concept 簡化。
許** Miss 嘅另一個強項係幫學生寫長題目嘅答題框架，包括 introduction、body、conclusion 嘅黃金比例。佢觀察到好多馬鞍山學生長題目攞唔到分嘅原因，係 body 寫得太散，冇用足夠嘅 keyword 同 reference 去支撐論點。佢嘅 framework 簡單講就係「concept → example → analysis → conclusion」，每段都跟呢個結構，閱卷員會即時 follow 到你嘅思路。
