朗屏係香港不少 其他國際學制 / A-Level / 其他國際學制 學生嘅熱門補習區,特別係物理科目,根據 GETUTOR 後台2024-2026 朗屏及鄰近區域配對紀錄(樣本約 364 宗)統計,中四至中六同 Year 11 至 Year 13 學生嘅查詢入面,有 33% 都係指明要補Newton’s Laws 配 Free Body Diagram,呢個比例反映個 chapter 確實係香港學生嘅普遍痛點。家長唔少都覺得小朋友校內默書都 OK,但去到 Mock 同 final exam 一遇到大題就卡喺 C 上唔到去 A,原因往往係 concept 未真正打通。
另一樣家長未必為意嘅,係朗屏一帶學生嘅平均配對時間約 3.6 小時(統計自 GETUTOR 2024-2026 朗屏及鄰近區域配對紀錄),喺全部國際課程科目入面排頭三快。配得快唔等於配得啱,所以今次我哋邀請咗區內兩位平均教學年資 5.9 年嘅專業導師,逐個 chapter 拆解中招位,幫家長判斷邊個 chapter 真係要外援、邊個可以自己頂得住。
羅** Sir(按導師私隱要求使用化名)係香港城市大學畢業生,主修物理相關學科。佢自己嘅 A-Level 物理成績達 A,教學年資累計 8 年,曾經喺區內大型補習社做過 2 年助教,之後轉做全職私補。羅** Sir 累計教過超過 34 個 A-Level 物理學生,其中 9 個最終攞到 A 或更高 grade。佢嘅教學風格偏向先拆 concept、再拆題目,唔會齋操 past paper,因為過早操卷只會令學生重複犯同一啲 framework 錯誤。

羅** Sir 仲分享過一招拉分技巧,呢招唔係齋背公式,而係逐步諗。第一步先確認個題目想考你邊個 sub-topic,第二步拆出 keyword 對應嘅 framework,第三步再用文字串連起嚟答。呢個次序好重要,因為好多同學一落筆就寫文字,結果思路同 answer 唔 match,白白失分。佢嘅學生通常喺第 4 堂之後就可以獨立完成完整題目,比起齋背步驟嘅同學進步明顯快好多。
呢位專業導師仲有個習慣,就係每堂之後即時填寫評估表,幫家長監察小朋友嘅進度。佢觀察到考評局近年特別鍾意考 real-life application 同 case-based question,齋背 textbook 嘅學生即刻冇方向,反而平時跟住生活時事去理解 concept 嘅學生,最終 grade 反而較穩定。所以羅** Sir 會要求學生每週至少讀一篇本地或國際相關新聞,最好同朗屏或鄰近區域嘅實況相關,加深印象。
馬** Miss(按導師私隱要求使用化名)係香港大學畢業生,教學年資累計 4 年。佢累計教過 18 個 A-Level 物理學生,11 個攞到 A。馬** Miss 嘅教學風格偏向幫學生整理筆記,特別擅長將抽象 concept 拆成 mind map 教法,幫到一啲怕長題目嘅學生重新建立答題框架。佢嘅學生家長 feedback 通常都係「終於明白小朋友卡喺邊」呢類,因為馬** Miss 會用 visual 嘅方法將 abstract concept 簡化做圖表。
馬** Miss 嘅另一個強項係幫學生寫長題目嘅 structure,包括 introduction、body、conclusion 嘅黃金比例。佢觀察到好多朗屏學生長題目攞唔到滿分嘅原因,係 body 寫得太散,冇用足夠嘅 terminology 同 example 去 support argument。佢嘅 framework 簡單講就係「concept → diagram / model → real-life example → conclusion」,每段都跟呢個結構,閱卷員會即時 follow 到你嘅思路。

另一個常見問題:「補習要唔要做埋校內嘅功課」。根據 GETUTOR 後台統計,2024-2026 朗屏及鄰近區域配對紀錄入面有 78% 嘅家長傾向「校內功課自己做、補習集中操考試卷」。呢個分配方式比較有效,因為導師嘅時間有限,應該擺喺最影響成績嘅考試框架上。當然,如果學生有特別搞唔掂嘅校內 topic(譬如Circuit Series / Parallel 嘅 V=IR 應用),導師亦會用 1-2 堂幫手過 concept,呢個係彈性安排。

基於約 364 宗配對樣本,統計自 GETUTOR 2024-2026 朗屏及鄰近區域配對紀錄
第一,唔好淨係操 past paper。考評局近幾年特登喺長題目動手腳,平均失分率喺 Newton’s Laws 配 Free Body Diagram達到 33%(基於 GETUTOR 學生 mock 測驗 sample)。好多同學 MC 有 80% 正確率,但成張卷得 C,原因就係 long question 拎唔到分,呢個係單靠操卷解決唔到嘅問題。
第二,千祈唔好死背定義。好似Projectile Motion 嘅 horizontal / vertical 拆解呢類 concept 題,考評局成日用 real-life scenario 包裝,你背字典式定義一落筆就答錯 context。專業導師建議每一個 keyword 都要自己想一個生活例子,例如用朗屏本地嘅商業或教育情景去 anchor 概念,呢樣係考評局想睇嘅 application skill,比起齋背 textbook 拎到更高分數。
第三,Circuit Series / Parallel 嘅 V=IR 應用 嘅計算或推理公式唔難,但應用先係陷阱。記住一點,當題目轉用罕見 scenario 嘅時候,calculation step 唔變但 context shift 會令好多同學唔識套,呢個 concept 係 paper 2 長題目嘅常客,幾乎每兩年就會考一次變奏版。
第四,唔好溝亂 Wave 嘅 superposition 同 standing wave 嘅 sub-categories。呢個位係 distractor 之王,考評局好鍾意喺 MC 出陷阱題,問你個答案應該揀邊一邊,但 distractor 會引你諗錯方向,跌坑率超過三成。建議學生用 flowchart 整理出每個 sub-category 嘅判斷流程,遇到題目即刻可以對得返。
第五,paper 1 同 paper 2 嘅準備節奏要分開。Paper 1 主要係 MC 同短答,講求 speed 同 accuracy;Paper 2 講求 framework 同 structure,要求學生寫出有層次嘅答案。Paper 2 經常考你嘅 critical thinking,但好多同學淨係溫 paper 1,去到考場唔識下筆。記住兩邊都要溫,分配比例約 60:40 偏向 paper 2。
家長搵導師其實有 3 個關鍵判斷標準,唔係單睇大學排名或者價錢。第一個係教學年資。GETUTOR 統計顯示,教學年資 4 年以上嘅導師,學生試堂後嘅繼續率達 81%;3 年以下嘅導師繼續率只有 64%。朗屏區嘅平均導師年資係 5.9 年,相對穩陣。年資代表導師見過唔同類型嘅學生,知道點樣應對唔同程度同性格。
第二個係考試成績。物理科專業導師最少要 A 級別,更高 grade 更好。原因好簡單,導師自己拎得幾多分,就反映佢對考試框架嘅理解程度。冇拎高 grade 嘅導師,自己都未掌握全部 marking scheme 細節,點教學生攞高分?羅** Sir(物理 A)同 馬** Miss(物理 A)兩位朗屏區專業導師都符合呢個標準。
